SHIPS FACTORY DIRECT- These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items that are labeled SHIPS FACTORY DIRECT on the product detail page normally ship in 3-10 business days (M-F) from our warehouse + transit time to your address (Ground Map) (Freight Map). However these direct items may take longer depending on the specific item and the production schedule set by the manufacturer. If your item is significantly delayed or backordered we will notify you through the e-mail address you provided.
